Was told she’s a hen but she’s 7 months old and hasn’t laid yet Help please

Males have big ol wattles by that age.. they are just late layers.

Sorry, but my opinion is that is a very obvious cockerel.

The crest shape, the hackles pattern and shape, the tail shape.

For comparison: neat domed crest, uniform fanned tail.

Perhaps a close up of the face and comb would be helpful.
