Is my polish rooster a rooster??

I realize it's probably hard to tell from the pics...but can you see enough to say if my polish is a rooster?

Do you have more than one picture? Your post says "pics" and it would certainly help if there were a couple more shots from different angles (ie a nice side shot showing the whole bird) -- and, as Stiggy has asked, age of the bird also helps in evaluating certain characteristics

Boy means 'yay'!! He's exactly what I was looking for in a polish!! I just wasn't patient enough to wait and see if he started to act like a rooster. So I came here instead.

Lol, mine didn't act like a boy until about a week ago, (24weeks now) and it's really funny, he jumps at the other chickens and tries to head but them with his crest. I laugh so hard ever time he does it! He still hasn't crowed yet! I thinks he's afraid if my other cockerels!
