Is my pullet a white Leghorn, or something else?

My guess is that she's a Leghorn. Leghorn legs can be both very pale and very yellow. A pullet or even a hen not laying will have very yellow legs. When the hen starts to lay, she loses the pigment in her legs (like your other leghorns). This goes for pretty much all yellow-shanked birds.
