I have a 3.5 month old cuckoo marans who was acting abnormally sleepy today. When I picked her up to move her to a separate coop from the others she felt hot. She was panting after I moved her, although the temp is cool (60s/70s) and she had food and cool water. The rest of the flock seems fine so far. Any ideas of what she might have and what I can do to help her? Is it best to keep her isolated from the flock?
Feed = grower ration+greens+some scratch. She doesn't appear to have any other symptoms besides lethargy and perhaps fever.
