Is my Rainbow really a Rainbeau??

DH and I have our first chicks which are 5 weeks old now. They're supposed to be all pullets. We have been having a recurring 'debate' about the EE. DH thinks it is a little boy. Yesterday, we had the girls out in the yard for a few hours for the first time. This a.m. the EE has been particularly agressive to the Rhodies. Can anyone tell by this pic if we have a rooster? or is it too early to tell.

I'm thinking the DH is correct. I'm looking at the way s/he carries the tail. If we had a pic of it's comb maybe we could tell better

Aggression can just be deciding who is gonna be the top chicken in the coop. Has nothing to be with being a roo or not. My top chicken is a big ol' black sexie hen, Broomhilda, lol. Even the roo I had bowed down to her.

Look for reddening in the comb. 5weeks? even a slight pink now could be a roo.
