Is my rooster a mutt?

I have a rooster that I bought from a feed store for my broody hen to adopt. Cheeks is now 9 months old and he is big! He's as tall and round as my tufted roman goose! In case you can't see the picture well, his body feathers are white and grey with brown and black/green specks. He has black/green tail feathers and his neck and head have cream and black feathers. Oh, and he has a puffy beard. Can anyone confirm whether or not he belongs to a specific breed or is a cross?

Yeah, I've been thinking he's an Easter Egger. He's the only rooster and now I have a bunch of fertilized eggs waiting to hatch. Somehow he's also mated with my silkie....I'm very excited to find out what odd looking little birds are going to run around my yard!
