Is my rooster angry? help please

Oh gosh Pop, thanks for that advise! My kidlets are 18 weeks now and starting to mate and do the rooster-shuffle but not at me yet. My bantams have short man syndrome and are mean to the other hens and roos but no one has come to dance with me yet fortunately. As for Ameraucanas being friendly, mine fit that bill. I have 3 bantams that I think are brown leghorns but I'm not sure, and they are jerks. My Ameraucanas are my sweet boys though. I'm sad that I'll be sending a few to table soon.

Waterboarding for roosters?

My Orpington rooster is very polite and respectful so far. The Barred Rock rooster pecked at my wedding every time I entered the coop. He's in the freezer now.

My SIL had two roosters that were always fighting. She said they didn't bother her but they were really getting bad at fighting each other. So when she caught them fighting one time she caught them both up and put their heads in the water and just swished it around some and put them down. She said it stopped the fighting. So...
