I would say Dominique rooster, possibly purebred. Depends on if the dominiques your way are bred to the european standard(streamlined and asiatic style body) or american standard(rounder, heavier bird, build like a plymouth rock).
If yours are bred to the european standard that might as well be a purebred, the form certainly fits and the barring can improve with age.
