Is my She a He?

I have a young Lavender Orpington pullet that is just over 4 months old. I purchased her from a hatchery as a day old female, not straight run. I only have one of this breed, so no others to compare to. All of her feathers have taken a very long time to develop and her tail feathers still have not developed completely. While researching feather issues and looking at pictures, I now have concerns that my pullet may actually be a cockerel. Any opinions from someone more knowledgeable would be greatly appreciated!
