Is my silkie a possible roo?

We have been having behavioral issues with our silkie this month that just won’t stop. She’s always been aloof but the other hens don’t bully her and she doesn’t really bully them herself. This morning when I let them out, she attempted to hop on our broody 12-year-old !! This has been a recurring issue even though she’s not generally aggressive. Could she possibly be a roo? She was given to us before she was fully grown and I have heard some silkie roos don’t crow much. She acts quite differently from our others but doesn’t seem unhappy. I’ve been reading some threads on here but I’m just not really sure.

Haha accidental roos have happened to us twice now!! But he has a good home and doesn’t cause too much trouble so he’ll stay here

Photos from when 10-12 months before adulthood as well. I’m thinking roo but if so then low expression. He/she was purchased from a breeder, NOT a feed store if that’s any indication. We were supposed to get two silkies but instead got his grey sister because the other girl turned out to be a boy. True five-clawed silkie as well, nothing that indicates cross-breeding. My mother has also brought up how thick the legs are. He/she walks with a peculiar strut and loves to give you a hard stare
