Is my silkie a Roo?

My silkie is 5 months old. Looks like a Roo but is not crowing.
Is it a Roo or not?
I need some expert advise.

Thanks a lot. I thought it was.
I had another one but he was crowing since last month. The Roo in picture is not crowing.
Is that normal?

Yes it can sometimes take them a bit longer to find their voice! I'm sure this one will crow for you soon.
