Is my Silkie broody AND sick??

My Silkie has been broody for a few days. She sits in the nesting box on the golf balls we put there all day. This morning she was nose down in the nest and making a weird trilling noise. (I should mention that the other girls had been scraping all of the hay out of the nesting boxes so I stopped putting any in there and my Silkie started plucking her tummy feathers to soften it, and now she is bald underneath.) Anyway, the golf balls are under her chest instead of her tummy, so I am hoping this is normal and she is not sick. Any suggestions? She has no discharge from eyes, nose, or mouth. I see no lesions on her anywhere either.

They suggest to keep them separated from other chickens to keep the stress level down. You will want to get vitamin E capsules and selenium tablets and what I do is mix 1/4 of selenium with the vitamin E without the selenium absorbtion of the E is difficult. and I put it into a syringe and try to feed it to
her. Then I take a Bayer chewable baby aspirin and
mix it in water and give her that in a syringe. Then I
take poly visol children's liquid vitamin and feed her
that. I hope she gets better!

Her neck is not curled, she is sitting on the eggs with her chest down and her beak barely above the nest. The golf balls are in a line underneath her. Will the treatment hurt her if she does not have it?

It's completely normal, part of being broody, many others have said their broody picks their chests clean. Everything is ok
