Yeah, I was thinking it would kill whatever is helping the infection grow though.. And watering it down won't work either..

Her ears didn't smell.

What do you mean by 'pot test'?

Well, reacting to the pot test is good. She is used to screeching so she didn't care about that. Try holding her in your lap, take your finger and sneak up behind her eye and try to touch it. If you can then she is blind. (do to each eye separately of course).

I would also check for blindness too. But an ear infection or possibly a poke to the ear drum could effect the hearing.
