One thing to note--being splash does not preclude her from also being lavender--the appearance of a bird who is BlBl (splash) and lavlav (lavender) carries some of the characteristics of each--splashing will definitely show.

Other than her light base colouring, do you have any reason to suspect that she is lavender?
