Is my turkey injured?

Hello. My Uncle's turkey is very active and likes to run and fly around. Lately she has been running around human's feet like a rabbit then lies down in the position pictured below. I'm wondering if she's injured and is trying to tell us something. Other than that, she has been very active, likes worms alot, and likes to sit on my lap. Note: this is not the same position mentioned in another thread I made. Thanks.

It is sunning itself, perfectly normal behavior for both turkeys and chickens.
