Is my Welsummer hen actually a rooster?!

Hi everyone. My 22 week old Welsummer is supposed to be a hen, I think it's a hen, but now I'm not so sure. It's tail feathers are hen-ish but it has big wattles, a big comb, and a pretty deep voice. What do you think? (I'll post tail pictures soon.)

Note: My roosters the same age are really big and crowing already, and 2 hens the same age are laying.

100% a female. She's just got a nice large comb now that she's Point of Lay (POL). Hopefully you'll get some speckled eggs soon if you haven't already.

Her sister that is the same age has a small comb and wattles, but maybe they will grow too!
