Cochin bantam looks like a cockerel! Your SLW looks like a pullet, maybe bantam? though looks like the coloring is non-standard so she may have extra black? :0 unique and pretty! Sorry about the ISA brown haha, it was center shot so I assumed haha! xD it's easier to tell on adult birds (as assumed) if they're bantam or standard, but the size of your SLW seems pretty small, it could also be a smaller standard (my cochins compared to a real show quality STANDARD Cochin, god they look small! Haha!)

At 7 weeks? No, he doesn't look any smaller than mine was at that age.
Mine was sitting on my shoulders the other day when I was trying to groom the dog. Took up about the same amount of space. Yes, she does appear to be a pullet. There's a lot of colour, but it's not red. Face also says pullet. I had assumed that was a rose comb.
Can we get a head on shot of the Brahma's comb?

I messed up. The Brahma is 7 weeks, and Penguin is 6. I know that doesn't make a huge difference though lol. I can get face pics here soon.
