Looks like a Drake

Drake by the look, size of him next to papa Sidney.

Now I change my opinion to drake, too. See how long his tail feathers are in comparison with his mother's? That's one of the ways to tell. The primaries also don't appear to be in fully which I thought they were when I first looked. The comparison of the two drakes is a good photo for reference, as well.

Because you don't have any litter mates and SHE doesn't have much red, my guess is girl.
