My Delawares are just over 13 weeks old. I was supposed to have all females. Why do these two look so much different? Is one a roo? Sorry about the clarity of pics. Took them w/my old 3gs iphone.

 
I'm definitely not an expert but the little dangle-y thing on the bottom [don't mind my ultra-professional terminology] id say rooster.
 
Makes me mad cuz that is the breed I wanted the most of. Ordered 5 of them and 1 showed up dead during shipping. Now this one is a roo. Down to 3. :(
 
Don't be in a hurry to make soup out of that bird. It's a poor picture, but I can't make out hackle feathers. I'm thinking it looks more like an early maturing pullet. Combs and wattles are body parts on chickens - only drakes have little dangly things not chickens.
