I've had 9 eggs laid in 10 days from my two geese, is it possible they've all come from one goose? As I read that it takes 36 hours for a goose to lay an egg, which would mean both mine are laying on alternate days.

Welcome to BYC - geese can be almost impossible to sex through pictures. Do a forum search on 'bulls eye fertile egg'. Several threads and pictures will come up showing the appearance of fertile eggs.

Thanks for that, very helpful website I can now check properly...im getting one egg every day so unless shes laying every 24hours then its two girls ive got laying on alternate days. So far weve had 11 eggs in 12 days.
