we have 3 Buff O's and 1 of them i believe may be a Roo. He/She is about 3 1/2 - 4 months old. He/She is a little bigger then my other Buff O's and the comb is way bigger and very pink. He/She is so incredibly sweet. Could it just be a very Masculine hen or might i have a Roo? Thanks

I don't know, but I am having a similar issue with one of mine that can't seem to decide if they wanna be he or she. Waiting game I guess.

At 3 1/2 to 4 months old it should be easy to help you out. Post a pic and let us play name that chick.

ETA: If you don't know how to post a pic, just ask. We were all newbies at one point.

By that age the roosters comb would be getting red not pink. I have some that are three months old and I can already say who is a roo by the color or the comb. Some are pink and others are red.

Ok... I went out t the coop and took a few pics of her. How do i upload pics on here?

Though I'd like to see full body pics to be sure, I believe you have yourself a little roo. Hopefully others that are more familiar with the Orps. will weigh in on this.
