Agreed.They're either Brown Leghorns or Welsummers, its hard to tell at this age. Once they get a bit older If they have white earlobes and have that Leghorn body shape they're Brown Leghorns, if not they're Welsummers. Welsummers don't have white earlobes and their body shape is not slim compared to Leghorns. Whichever the breed both are pullets.

I'm pretty sure both are the same breed, the 1rst one is just feathering in slower.without tail would be welsummer , right? And the one with the long tail could be a legbar?
