Is our parakeet egg bound?! Help please!

She was acting perfectly fine yesterday and this morning. Starting late afternoon she began bobbing her tail and fluffing up. Now she will start making small noises and it looks like she is trying to push something out. Help!! We are unable to get to a vet because I lost my car to an accident recently. What do we do?!

I hope she is OK. I know warmth is good, also putting a bit of olive oil around the vent can help.
