Is pecking normal

Hi, I was wondering if it is normal for new members of the flock to peck at each other. I am introducing my 6 chicks and 2 hens and notice that the older ones will peck at the chicks. It is not super violent though. I was wondering if I should worry or are they just figuring out the pecking order

This is just for the hens to show dominance over the chicks. It's the way of the pecking order!
