I use Nutrena or Purina if I can not get one or the other. Nutrena has more niacin, than Purina. But feed what you want, you are paying for it, not them.

That's not really scientific evidence more like internet rumors and gossip which started in circulation with the advent of boutique foods and "5 star rated foods" based on a name and what is perceived as fillers (It's all in the marketing). Purina is backed by years and years of actual scientific research and on staff animal nutrionists which a lot of feed manufacturers don't employee. I hear this on the dog forums as well. The boutique foods and designer brands have been linked to other issues. What are the fillers? I mean especially in the flock raiser - corn?they said it’s full of “fillers and garbage” and is basically chips to ducks. I’ve heard so many people say it’s great so that’s why i’m confused
I put brewers yeast in the waters. I have Pekin, Khaki and Ancona's.i add extra niacin anyways because i have a pekin
