Is Randy a hen or a roo?

Being at 7-8 weeks, I’m going to say that he’s a handsome cockerel.

Help me settle a debate... Is my Randy a hen or roo? I'm really leaning towards hen but I need to be more sure because the other half gave me the go ahead to get a rooster of my choice this weekend. Randy was supposed to be my rooster (picked by myself from a straight run mix) but he isn't looking positive.
A side note... Randy's eyes have looked like that since hatching. I've never seen it before but Randy is very healthy and actively thriving.View attachment 2585818
