Is Roo a roo?

He is a little bit pinker than the camera is picking up on. The pinkness in his 7 week pics above is about where he's at today.
 
It could be a pullet, or it could be a slow to develop cockerel. Ameraucana can be very slow to mature. It's not uncommon for a cockerel to not show signs of being a cockerel until after 12 weeks or later. It might still be a pullet.

These were taken about a week ago at 10 weeks. You can see his bros in the video at one point and the shocking difference in comb color. I guess I just have to wait for a crow or an egg at this point.

If he is still not showing signs by say- 16 weeks could I safely assume I have a pullet? Or is there some other age that I should know by? I mean other than the obvious wait until a crow or an egg.
