Really cool looking bird! I'm guessing cockerel based on that big, red comb and plumage coloring but I am no expert.

ETA - Oh, those saddle feathers look very masculine, too.

Definite cockerel.
Note the pointy hackles, and the elongated saddle feathers. Here’s a pic for reference.

What age is the barred rock? Is it from a hatchery a breeder or ? The color looks quite white for a pullet, but I don't pick up any other cockerals features with my eyes.

The barred rock is also 12 weeks. Got from a farm, so probably mixed. I thought she’s very white too but doesn’t really have any other roo characteristics to me

The EE is definitely a cockerel, and I *think* I can see a few pointed feathers on the barred rock, and its also got quite a red comb, so I'm going with cockerel on that one as well.
