The stance looks wrong for a rooster, despite the comb looking like that. Some chicken breeds and crosses have large combs at 4 weeks old. If you don't see saddle feathers, then it's a pullet.

No, I wouldn't be so sure either way. I think it's too early to tell. If waddle development starts soon then I would lean towards roo.

Oh wait, I saw the other photos, is that the same chicken? I see the waddle development....... its a roo!
