is she constipated?

I have a 1 1/2 old chick who I noticed pooping last night and it was coming out in small bits. instead of one large poop she'd do a small little one and then another small little one and another small little one all in a row. and then it looked like she was trying to do more and I could see that there was more in there but it wasn't coming out.. ya know? like it was hanging out sorta and then it wouldn't come out all the way.

its not pasty on her bum or anything.


what can I do? and is this going to make her sick? or is she already sick?

I don't think you have a serious problem. I would just give it plain water and starter feed. Additives to the water can cause "poop" problems. It should clear up in a couple of days. Good Luck and keep an eye on it.
