Is she dying - what can i do? - PLEASE HELP

I would try the vitamins and sugar water anyway, it can't hurt and it could help, I doubt she will fight it or mind and maybe a drink would make her feel better, I always say give them the benefit of the doubt , Ive had animals near death and brought em back. It certainly sounds very bad and she prob won't make it, but give her one last shot, she may surprise you

I went out a little while ago to give her some vitamins and she had already passed. Her "friends" were gathered around her bawking so I already knew before I opened the door.

You need to find out what it was....
you do not want what ever it was to spread...
Call and perhaps take her to the vet...ask them for some post mortum diagnosis...
