I'm sorry to hear about your bird! Unfortunately, treatment for diseases/disorders like this don't usually end well. But, maybe some people in the Emergencies section can help you out!

I'm sorry, but I agree with TwoCrows that your hen probably has ascites.

You can try to drain some of the fluid yourself (or have a vet do it), but the problem will keep coming back. If your hen continues to get worse, it might be best to humanely cull her.
 
I washed her bottom with water that is why it looks wet she is doing fine
