Is she frizzled?

It appears to be one, I have looked at lots of frizzles and it could definitely be one.

I have quite a few frizzles, probably about 15, I would say that is a frizzle Mine are all polish, that is how mine started out, but with the big crest.

I love polish frizzles don’t have one but I want a tolbunt polish frizzle really bad

So are you saying the feathers will straighten out as she grows? Or will they always stay like that?

She is definitely a frizzle. I think the problem was with the first pictures you posted her feathers almost look to lay flat against the body, but the side pictures the frizzle feathering is much more obvious.
