Is she lacking a mineral?

My EE pullet has been loosing toe nails left and right lately...



...now she has no nails at all. Is this poor baby lacking a mineral? Will her toe nails ever grow back? I've had chickens loose their toe nails before... but they didn't grow back.

Advice would be greatly appreciated.
