Is she molting?

Just wondering if it looks like she is molting? Or is something else going on? She is losing feathers under her neck and chest. Isn’t this a weird time of year to molt? Also, is the white on her comb from frostbite? She is acting normal and laying daily.

Just a bit of frostbite. Chickens are weird, mine molted in the middle of January.

Her comb just has some frostbite, nothing to worry about.
Where she has feather loss do you see any pin feathers?

Check her for lice and mites.
Is she getting any new pin feathers in on her chest? She may be going through a light molt, but she may also have a buddy/neighbor that is plucking a few feathers here and there. Could be she's plucking at herself - see that her crop is emptying overnight.

Back tip of comb may have a bit of frostbite, hard to tell, could be dirt on the rest of her comb.
