This is one of my 19 week isa brown hens.
Just wondering when they are going to start laying eggs. They are currently on grower feed. Should I switch to layer feed?

No ISA brown hen has laid before the 20 (or 24, can't remember) mark here. Patience, and within the month you should have an egg. It all just depends on each hen's internal "clock"

I would listen to what @fluffycrow says but I'll add to leave her on the grower feed UNTIL she starts to lay. That way you aren't giving her too much calcium she doesn't need yet, but she is getting the protein she does need.

If you want to you can put out oyster shells or egg shells. You can keep them on grower or an all flock feed with a separate calcium choice for their whole life. Nutrition wise it is better. Price wise layer is a bit cheaper.
