Is she ok?

Got 4 new hens, 3 of them seem fine but one has just sat on the roost with its eyes closed hardly moving. When I last went to the coop she was standing on the floor with her eyes closed still hardl moving. Saw one of the others pecking her. They've only been in the coop a day now so is she just taking longer to adjust than the others? I'm worried about her not eating or drinking.

Maybe you should put her in a dog crate and bring her inside for a few days. That way you can be sure she is eating, drinking and she won't be picked on by the other chickens.
