Is she pale?

I would not worry unless she acts sick, lethargic, droppings are abnormal, or she has other symptoms. Comb redness varies with hormones, stress, etc. I realize that a picture is not the same as being there, but in your picture she looks like a normal pullet that isn't quite ready to lay yet.
Here is the pic that had me worried. See how white the skin on her face is?

Everyone’s pullets look so much older than mine! Mine are 19 weeks, only two weeks younger than yours lol, I’m sure it’s just the pictures or maybe my mental image of my girls is still of when they where little-

anyway, combs don’t redden fully until the pullet is sexually mature, she won’t obtain that redness until her body is ready to start laying, and 21 weeks is still early, even for early-laying breeds 👍

you’ll get eggs from her don’t worry!
