Is she ready to go outside?

I got this EE chick on March 20th from a feed store. She looked about 2 weeks older than my other chicks. I’m assuming she hatched around March 7th. My other chicks won’t be ready until May 1st, but she just looks so big and feathered compared to the others. Is she ready? I live in Alabama, so the temperature is mild. The second picture is the first day I brought this batch home. They seemed larger than day old chicks.

Beautiful babies. The two look the same age to me, but I'm far from an expert.

Thank you! I love watching them grow and change patterns. My Welsummer also looks older than my Smokey Pearl to the left. It’s like I have a couple of toddler chicks and teenagers in the same brooder. Wondering if the larger ones can go outside to give the others more space, or should I wait and send them all out at the same time?

The smaller ones are 4 weeks old for sure. Should I wait on them? Put the bigger babes outside or just send them all? I don’t know how the big girls will treat them if they’re separated for 2 weeks. Smaller chick pic.
