She stays in her nest spot an is acting like she is trying but nothing is happening her tummy will drop. Best thing to have on hand Just in case is Calcium gluconate it will help a stuck egg begin to move by causing the muscles to contract an push. I’d say it’s on the top list of what we that keep females that lay eggs should have. It’s pretty easy to tell they are having difficulty off feed won’t move around much and standing an walking odd. @DuckyDonna can tell you what her Runners were like when they had a stuck egg.

If she starts to take a penguin upright stance as well as labored breathing I would be concerned, but my ducks love to grunt and fiddle around in their nesting box it's quite cute! You have some gorgeous ducks!
