Is something wrong with my chickens?

Nobody wants to buy my eggs on BYC!

I assume my babies (although beautiful) are not show quality!

Be honest! I just started raising chickens last year. Any experienced input is welcome!

So.....what are my pros and cons???

Cochin bantam hen....

White Silkie hens.... They are pure white! They all just had a topsoil/peatmoss bath!!!

And the black non-bearded silkie hen. (Young)

I don't see anything wrong with your chickens. What price are you asking for your eggs? I am not on here enough to know what prices you are asking.

Heres what the add said!!

I have a small flock of cochin bantams! They are all in perfect health. In the Cochin Bantam pen there are....
2 black hens
3 blue hens (sitting)
2 brown hens (don't think they are laying yet.)
covered by a blue roo!
Never know what color! It'll be a surprise!

In the Silkie Pen there are....
6 bearded white hens
1 black hen
covered by 1 white roo and 1 black roo!


Black Cochin hens covered by a white frizzle roo!

I have been getting several blue babies from the silkies!

Lets just say 12+ eggs for $25 shipping included to start. I'll send whatever is layed! Most likely be alot more than 12!

I don't know how many from what pen! Depends on the girls!

I think alot of people have turned their incubators off for the summer. I know i have.
Don't feel bad, nobody seemed to want my bantam cochins either. We do show, but our cochins aren't show quaility, we can't compete with the big boys on them. Seems like the shows we go to are half cochins. Everyone has them.
