Is something wrong with my incubator? Hatching problems

Crossin my fingers for more chickies! I have ducks going in lockdown on friday so was hoping chicks would be done hatching so I can then worry about the ducks. LOL The chicks were my very first hatchings and they are so cute.

I usually hatch from my own flock,two times I tried to hatch from a different flock I only got two live chicks.Every egg was fully devolped just the membranes were thick and the eggs were full of fluid.I didn't do anything differantly than all my other hatches(which were perfect)so I kind of blame the flock I got them from.

No they didn't hatch so 5 days late I opened them and they were dead. I don't know what I was hearing in eggs maybe bubbles? One had a oversized bottom beak and the other 2 looked like their stomachs not closed? But I did get 2 out of 7 (2 were early quitters). And I got 9 duckies out of 31. Here's pics.

OMG they are soooo adorable, Sorry to hear about the others but those guys are adorable....
