Is the ‘huffing’ normal or an issue?

My cockerel does what seems to just be some exhaling of air, but I’m not sure if it’s an issue or just him being too lazy to chirp?

you hear it best at the end of the video when he kind of pecks at the long.

I heard it slightly. It sorta sounds like how my chickens sound with the inches of pollen covering my entire neighborhood. It doesn’t seem like an issue, but if it gets worse or he develops other symptoms, update us.
