Is the egg fertilized?

What do you guys think? We have a white Plymouth rock that should ideally be crowing by now if he were to be a rooster(6 months old). Although he looks like a chicken, he's been mounting one of the hens and this is her egg.

I don think it is fertile. You can post a picture of your ideal "rooster" and we can tell for sure if he's a he for you!
Lol I just took some pics of that ideal rooster. I have another thread on him, and it seems like the consensus is split on whether it's a rooster or hen.

I'm not sure that's actually a boy. He/she has an extremely small comb and wattles, and I'm not really seeing cockerel feathering.
