Is the Tylan 50 working on my barred rock?

Hi,
I am on day 2 of giving my barred rock 1 ml of Tylan 50. She seems super sleepy afterwards. I'll send before and after pics of her poop to see if you guys think it's getting better. She's not eating or drinking very well but I'm forcing her to eat. She's definitely lost weight.
