Is there a blockage - unwell hen

I have a hen that is unwell - Her crop is filled with watery substance & when squeezed gently comes back up. She seems to be extremely tight in the lower part. Is there a blockage?

This is an older hen.

I wish I had an answer for you, and I do hope that a chicken expert can chime in soon. I empathize with you having recently lost one of my hens to illness a couple of weeks ago. I tried to nurse her back to health but did not really understand the symptoms either, and unfortunately she did not make it. Such is the life of a pet/animal owner. All the best.
