I think one factor will definitely be how much and well they were handled as babies. All of my goats have always had heavy human interaction and are very tame.

Check out Kinder goats, not very big and give excellent milk and meat efficiency, and can breed more often than other goats. If you can find them.

Nigerians/pygmys because of their size. I have nigerians and they are great, super friendly, follow you around.

Myotonics are a good choice, you can get minis even... most that I know of have very friendly temperaments and if there is an issue, just scare it and it falls over in a faint, lol...

Is There a Breed of Goat That's Good With Kids as in Human kids?? If so please help!! I am trying to get some goats and chickens once we move to more land.

Don't know if you already made your decision or not, but Nigerian Dwarfs are what we raise, and honestly, they are better tempered than our dogs. Also their milk production is supposed to be pretty good, given that it is a Dwarf breed of course. I highly recommend Nigies! Also
