I know this thread is old but I found a fairy egg from one of my older chickens and I know her eggs are fertile and all my girls wanted to see me crack a chickens “fairy egg” so I did and there was a yolk and a tiny red dot like it was def fertile (if that means an egg is fertile? ) I just wonder if anyone else has any knowledge or experience in the fairy egg subject?
I regret cracking it now and not incubating it
but how healthy could a fairy egg chick be? It was barley the size of a quarter and the egg shell was very fragile once I tried to crack it but the membrane was strong.
Anyone have any experience or more knowledge on hatching Teeny tiny fairy eggs?
