Is there a good reason this chicken isn't laying?

Ok - heck of a way to indtroduce myself to the group. I've been trolling around for some time now, built my coop using suggestions on here and have had great luck so far. I have 6 chickens in my coop (the limit I placed on space) and three are laying well. I am hoping that the three that aren't laying are still getting some age on them (had all of them about 3 months) and are preparing to grace us with eggs.

However, one of the three non-layers is starting to give me some concern about its ability to lay eggs. I'm not sure its plumbed correctly for egg production. So here's the question:

Is this a hen or a rooster (the copper maran in full profile)?

This is my first attempt at having chickens and I've got a lot to learn! Thanks for your help.

Bummer [IMG] Well I guess HE is about 5 months old (he was much smaller when we bought him). Now I have to figure out what to do with him. We have a "no rooster in the coop" policy and free ranging him with my peacocks and guineas makes me nervous (most of our guineas end up at the undesirable part of the food chain). Hopefully I can find a safe home for him quickly.

Thanks to everyone for the quick feedback!
