I just finished my second time incubating and did so much better than my first time but now I have to stop. I am so sad. I just love hatching out these chicks but I have no more room. I could have a hatch going all the time I think and be happy.

I know the feeling. I really have to stop now, too, its getting awfully expensive at the feed store and I really don't have another good place for another run or pen.

I know exactly how you feel. I hatched out my first chicks with a broody, and now I can't stop scanning the egg threads.

I told DH I want an incubator for Christmas.

I have it BAD! I have a 1502 Sportsman, & I hatch from January to October! I do sell alot of chicks though, which is a good thing, or I'd have well over 100 birds. Wait, I DO have well over 100 birds!

Well after I get my set of birds laying that I bought this spring selling birds would be an option. I picked breeds that will give me good egg layers so I may do some of that next year. I just enjoy it so much.
